If you are our customer, a new subscriber or a visitor to the site, you entrust us with your personal information. We are responsible for their protection and security. Please be aware of the privacy policy, policies and rights you have in relation to the GDPR: EU Regulation No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”).

We process your personal data as an administrator, i.e. we determine how personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long, and we will select any other processors who will assist us in processing. We declare that, as the administrator of your personal data, we comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular, the Data Protection Act and the GDPR, and that: We will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, especially legitimate interest, performance of the contract, obligation or consent. Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we fulfill the information duty before the processing of personal data. We will and will support you in the exercise and fulfillment of your rights under the Data Protection Act and the GDPR.

4. Scope of personal data and processing purposes

We process your personal data to varying degrees based on what services you use or for what purpose they are processed. We process personal information you entrust to us for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

4.1. Provision of services, the performance of the contract
Via Harmonia training participants will provide: name, surname, titles, address, email address, phone number, photo.

4.2. Book-keeping
If you are a customer, we need your personal information (billing information) to comply with our legal obligations regarding accounting, tax law and archiving for issuing and recording tax documents, processing the following data: first name, surname, address, IČ, DIČ and details of purchased product / service (i.e. the data on the accounting documents). The period during which the data is processed is determined directly by the relevant legal regulations that impose the obligation to process them.

4.3. Marketing
We use your personal information, what you click on in your e-mail and when you open it most often for the purpose of direct marketing – sending information and bids legally referred to as business communications. If you are our customer, we do this from a legitimate interest as we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news and information for a period of 7 years from your last order. If you are not our customer, we will only send you information and business offers if you wish to use them and if you give us your consent for a period of 7 years from the date of grant. In either case, you can revoke this consent by using the opt-out link in each email you send.

4.4. Advanced consent marketing
We may also send you inspiring third-party offers or use an email address, for example, for remarketing and targeting your ad on Facebook, subject to your consent, for a period of 7 years from your consent. Of course, this can be withdrawn at any time via our contact details.

4.5. Photos and video recordings of meetings, courses, and similar events
At some of our live events – trainings, courses, meditation meetings – we take photo documentation or video footage. We use the photos in promotional materials, especially on the web. With these materials, you will never find the names of the participants, unless they are referenced, based on consent. If you do not want to be on the list, please let us know on our contact details before arranging a course or meeting. We keep your personal information for the duration of the statute of limitations unless the law provides for a longer period of retention or we have not stated otherwise in specific cases.

5. Cookies

While browsing our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the page, and from which page you come. We see the use of cookies to measure web traffic and customize webpage views as a legitimate interest for the manager, as we believe that we can offer you even better service. Ads targeting cookies will only be processed by your consent. You can also browse our website in a mode that does not allow you to collect personal information. You may disable the use of cookies on your computer.

6. Security and privacy

We protect personal information to the maximum extent possible with the use of modern technology that is appropriate to the degree of technological development. We have adopted and maintained technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, damage or destruction of your personal information, in particular: secure server as data storage, secure e-mail communication, advanced computer encryption, encrypted data on mobile phones when used for communication with you, all physical documents (eg accounting documents, personal study documents) are stored in locked rooms.

7. Transfer of personal data to third parties

Some of our employees and associates have access to your personal information. To provide specific processing operations that we cannot provide ourselves, we use the services and applications of processors who can protect the data even better than we or who specialize in the processing. They are providers of the following platforms: SmartSelling a.s. as a provider of e-mailing solutions SmartEmailing and SimpleShop, Facebook Ireland Ltd., Google Ireland Ltd., Microsoft, web hosting providers, accounting firm, graphics firm (e.g. for certificate production), webmaster, marketing specialists, tutors and consultants teaching, counseling and therapy therapists. All such third parties are provided with the strictly necessary personal information.

8.Transferring data outside the European Union

All processing of personal data will be carried out in the EU.

9. Your rights in relation to the protection of personal data

You have a number of rights to protect your privacy. If you wish to use any of these rights, please contact us via via@viaharmonia.com. You have the right to information that is already fulfilled by this privacy information page.

With the right of access, you can invite us at any time and within 30 days we will inform you which your personal data we process and why. If you change something or find your personal information out of date or incomplete, you have the right to add and change your personal information.

You may use the processing restriction if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, you believe we are processing it illegally, but you do not want to delete all data or if you object to the processing. You may limit the scope of personal information or processing purposes. (For example, signing out of the newsletter limits the purpose of processing for sending business messages.)

Right to portability. If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will do the same as using the right of access – with the only difference being that we will deliver the information to you in a machine-readable form. Here we need at least 60 days.

Right to delete (be forgotten). Your next right is the right to be deleted. We do not want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to do so. In this case, we will delete all your personal data from our system and from the system of all sub-processors and backups. We need 60 days to secure the deletion right. In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, such as we must register the issued tax documents for the period set by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that is not bound by another law. We will inform you about the completion of the deletion by e-mail.

Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection. If you feel that we do not treat your data in accordance with the law, you are entitled to contact the Data Protection Office at any time. We will be very happy if you first inform us about this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any mistake.

Right to unsubscribe from newsletters and business communications. We send you emails with inspiration, articles or products and services if you are a customer of our legitimate interest. If you are not a customer yet, we will only send them to you based on your consent. In either case, you can stop subscribing to our emails by pressing the opt-out link in each email you send.

10. Confidentiality

We would like to assure you that our employees and co-workers who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of your personal data. At the same time, this confidentiality persists even after the termination of our contractual relations with us. Without your consent, your personal data will not be issued to any other third party.
